Estimator/Project Manager

Overview

Kot Electric, LLC is seeking an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to support our growing company.

.Duties and Responsibilities:

· Produce precise electrical estimates for various project types.

· Demonstrate an understanding of and communicate the estimated scope of work.

· Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

· Identifies labor, material, and time requirements.

· Maintains contact and relationships with private individuals and other organizations.

· Managing bids from vendors and contractors

· Compiling and recording actual cost

Requirements:

· Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request.

· Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

· Maintain a strong work ethic and good attendance.

· Ability to meet deadlines.

· Strong analytical abilities

· Understand construction documents.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
