We are seeking an experienced and motivated Epicor ERP System Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for optimizing our Epicor Kinetic ERP system, ensuring robust process documentation, and supporting users across our manufacturing operations. The position is based at our headquarters in McKinney, Texas, with occasional travel to plants near Dallas, Texas, and Phoenix, Arizona.
- Administer and maintain the Epicor Kinetic ERP system, including user management, permissions, and configuration adjustments.
- Develop, update, and control ERP process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Train and support employees on Epicor system usage and best practices.
- Audit system processes and user activities to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, including connectivity and access problems.
- Escalate complex issues to Epicor support and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes and enhance operational efficiency using Epicor.
- Lead meetings and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to drive ERP adoption and process improvements.
- Ensure the Epicor system is utilized efficiently and supports business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support ERP and quality initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Information Systems, Engineering, Business).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering Epicor ERP in an engineer-to-order manufacturing environment; experience with the Kinetic interface preferred.
- Proven experience in process documentation, user training, and system auditing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve ERP system issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to support multiple plant locations.
- Fluency in English.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to twenty-five pounds at times.

May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings.
