Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
- Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
- Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Lead and support EBS upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and data governance standards in financial systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance, automation, and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience, with at least 5+ years in a lead or senior developer role.- Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.
- Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, IT controls, and financial system security best practices.
