At Infinite Solar Power we are seeking driven, elite Solar Sales Blitz Specialists to dominate the Phoenix and Arizona market. This is a crucial, high-energy D2D role focused purely on generating high-quality sales opportunities for our team, as well as transforming D2D setters in to becoming high ticket closers.

Your mission is focused and demanding: Consistently knock 100+ quality doors per day during our monthly 1-2 week Blitz campaigns. If you are ready for a challenging role with immense earning potential based on your pure hustle and results, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Extreme Volume Canvassing: Execute a minimum of 100+ quality door-knocks per day during all scheduled Blitz campaigns across the state of Arizona.

- Monthly Blitz Commitment: Actively participate in our intense, high-focus 1-2 week market sprints that occur monthly.

- Rapid Appointment Setting: Quickly build rapport with local homeowners and execute an efficient pitch to secure confirmed, high-quality appointments for our closers.

- Performance Metrics: Successfully set high-volume appointments and meet daily/weekly goals established for the Blitz Team.

- Endurance & Resilience: Maintain high energy and peak performance over demanding 7+ hour field shifts, especially during the Arizona heat.

- Experience: Proven track record in a high-volume, performance-driven environment is essential.

Compensation and Rewards

- Uncapped & Accelerated Commission: Our structure is built to massively reward the effort of the 100+ door-knocker. - OTE Potential (Setting): Top performers in this setter role consistently earn $80,000 - $120,000+. - High-Value Trajectory: The potential to move into a high-commission Closer role offers OTE exceeding $150,000 - $250,000+.
