Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative

The Job:

Learn the solar industry from the ground up. We provide full training. No prior experience is required!

Meet with homeowners virtually, or in-person, and help them see why so many people right now across the country are choosing solar over their electric company to combat rising energy costs.

Present solutions that will not only save customers money without spending a dollar but also will add value to their home.

Be rewarded for your effort. This isn’t your typical 9 to 5, where your salary is capped. Our new recruits can easily earn more than 100k in their first year.

This position allows you to be flexible - no set hours or days required. Work when you want, how you want - remotely or on the road!

Qualifications:

- Direct Sales Experience (solar industry experience preferred but not required)

- Exceptional customer service

- Personable & Confident

- Accountable

- Eagerness to develop skills as a sales professional

- Manage appointments with homeowners

- Optimize the customer experience by educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, building relationships, and driving referral business

- Present a savings analysis and sales proposals

- Advance your skills as a sales professional with the opportunity to move into leadership roles

- Able to develop self generated leads and set appointments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
