Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative

Overview

Entry level sales job orientated towards individuals that are self motivated and can perform under rejection. An opportunity for extreme personal development with high pay outs for those that can learn and grow. 1099 pay scale that allows for increased pay with increased skill or developed skill. Solar sales training with cash bonuses for initial performance during training period. Pay commission based only With high potential earnings.

Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients through direct outreach, including face-to-face interactions in a door to door environment prequalifying houses to generate leads and expand our customer base

- Organizing areas to help homeowners receive specific no cost solar program information

- Develop and manage territory accounts by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships through effective account management strategies

- Learning a company pitch and adapting it to your personality and communication with training from top sales reps

- Walking extensive distances to build your clientele list

- Arranging travel to areas for a week at a time with housing provided

- Creating goals and metrics to receive your chosen annual pay

Experience

- None needed for entry level position, work ethic of 40 hours a week max canvassing
