QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and motor control.

Expérience

:

- 3–6 years of experience in electrical maintenance or engineering within heavy industrial or continuous process environments

- (preferably aluminum, steel).

- Hands-on exposure to:

- Low/medium voltage systems (LV/MV).

- Motors, drives (VFD/soft starters), transformers, MCCs, and power panels.

- PLC/DCS systems and field instrumentation.

- Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance execution.

- Experience in electrical troubleshooting, shutdown support, and technical documentation.

- Skills and Attributes

- Ability to perform fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and support reliability improvement activities.

- Understanding of electrical protection systems, power quality, and grounding.

- Basic understanding of automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA).
