In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers who have questions or issues with their online orders. You will also work closely with our Ecommerce team to ensure that our website is running smoothly and that all products are accurately listed and available for purchase.
- Clean and remove stickers from various electronic equipment
- Prebox items listed on various ecommerce channels
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to implement new features and improvements
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipping logistics
- Previous experience in customer service or Ecommerce support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms and online shopping processes
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
