DT Export Offer Engineer

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven offer engineer to join our DT offer team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the order intake and profit target for the allocated market.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Support front sales to foster/develop customer relationship, make technical presentations, make qualifications documents, improve project hit rate including but not limited to customer visit, product introduction, technical support.

- Plan, schedule and conduct proposal preparation within given time frame, with technical accuracy according to customer technical specification.

- Bidding documents preparation, bid strategy planning, cost calculation & optimization, bid submission& clarification

- Technical contract negotiation& signing, win-Loss Analysis

- Project handover to ENG after award and support the project execution.

- Manage and organize customer meetings for consulting and selling activities

- Develop and maintain historical project proposal database.

- Continuous development and improvement of opportunity of own area of responsibility to improve the winning chances.

What You Bring

- >5 years in related experience in the Power Industry.

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience related to Sales and Tendering.

- Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus

- Major in Engineering, Automation and etc.Good command of English speaking

- German is a plus

- EHS Knowledge

- Quality mind
