Edge Controls is looking for a Drive Service Coordinator to join our team in Midland, TX. In this role, you will work alongside the Drive Product Service Line Manager to keep service operations running smoothly. The Coordinator will help organize schedules, review field tickets, and support communication between our customers and service technicians.
- Assist the Drive PSL Manager in scheduling and coordinating service jobs
- Help review and process field service tickets for accuracy and completeness
- Support customer communication by answering calls and logging service requests
- Share job details and schedules with field service technicians
- Keep organized records of service work, reports, and customer interactions
- Provide general administrative support to the Drive Team as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or service coordination preferred
- Familiarity with oil & gas, electrical, or industrial service a plus
