- Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to move equipment, materials, and people into remote locations.
- Plan around seasonal access, weather constraints, and infrastructure limitations.
- Help optimize vendor performance, cost control, and operational readiness.

- Support operations that prioritize safety, environmental stewardship, and respect for local communities.
- Contribute to sustainability, ESG, and corporate responsibility initiatives where engineering decisions truly matter.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of drilling and completions experience in onshore operations.- Hands-on experience in onshore Alaska
(this is critical).
- Confidence working in remote, high-complexity operating environments.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
You’ll stand out if you also bring:
- Experience coordinating or supporting logistics and supply chain activities.
- Exposure to ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Familiarity with Alaska regulations and permitting.
