Driller - Baroid Mine

Job Duties

- Under general supervision, operates company vehicles and equipment while auger drilling to locate bentonite deposits on company owned or leased property.

- Recieves oral or written instructions and documentation and plans daily work activities.

- Operates company owned or rented equipment to build and repair pasture fence.

- Operates company owned or rented equipment to maintain and install autogates, install/uninstall culverts, etc.

- Assist with GPS surveying activities.

- Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing PPE.

Qualifications

- High school diplom or equivalent required.

- Previous bentonite drilling experience preferred.

- Must have a current and valid drivers license and a clean motor vehicle record.

- Must be able to drive a vechile with a manual transmission.

- Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
