Overview
Hiring a full-time dispatcher to schedule customers for service appointments and provide customer support. The scheduler creates and manages the daily schedules for 4-5 service crews. Additionally, works closely with the owner in coordinating and managing new installations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience, experience using routing and scheduling software, experience in scheduling in the service industry, is detail-oriented and can work independently in a fast-paced, seasonal business.
Duties
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of phone etiquette.
•Utilize routing and scheduling software to maximize efficiency and minimize drive time.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
•Work closely with field staff to address customer concerns and improve service.
Skills
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective phone etiquette.
•Proficiency in using phone systems and managing multiple calls efficiently.
•Familiarity with routing and scheduling software.
•Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
