We’re looking for an experienced, high-performing Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher with a background in the home services industry to join our in-office team. This is a key position that supports our field operations and ensures our customers receive prompt, professional service.

About the Role
This hybrid role requires someone who can skillfully manage incoming customer calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch the right technician to the right job—on time, every time. You’ll be the voice of our company and the backbone of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Answer inbound calls with professionalism, clarity, and care
•Promptly and professionally manage non call inquires via email and various lead sources
•Schedule service and installation appointments using ServiceTitan
•Dispatch technicians based on skills, location, and availability
•Manage the daily calendar and communicate with field staff
•Provide timely updates to customers regarding arrival times or delays
•Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and job notes
•Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency
•De-escalate customer concerns
•Make outbound calls as necessary
•Ensure that our call board is kept full and take any necessary actions to ensure we have a full schedule
•Clearly and confidently share information about our services with customers, set expectations for service and assure that all callers have a positive experience with our company
What We’re Looking For
•Preferred: Experience working in a home services company (plumbing, HVAC, or electrical)
•Required: Previous experience in a CSR and/or dispatch role
•Strongly Preferred: Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar field service software
•Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Calm and clear under pressure—especially when juggling multiple calls and technicians
•Reliable, professional, and team-focused
•Goal oriented and focused on helping the team and company reach our performance targets
