Dispatcher/Customer Service

American Plumbing Professionals is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and organized individual to schedule and dispatch technicians. Candidate must have good communication skills, excellent customer service, extreme attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly is a plus. This position will include Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities include:

*Being punctual

*Schedule and dispatch technicians to jobs

*Communicate with clients and technicians in a professional manner

*Enter and manage data in the computer system

*Answer multiple phone lines

*Monitor location and activity of technicians

*Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
