The Call Center Rep/Dispatcher will be responsible for making outbound calls, taking inbound calls, scheduling, dispatching, ordering, coordinating, and recording the service activities at Express Home Services to maximize efficiency and profitability, as well as . You are the glue that holds the service department together.
Because you will be a key member of our team, you must be highly presentable, driven, work exceedingly well under pressure, extraordinarily proactive, encourage teamwork, and be exceptionally accountable and trustworthy. You must be capable of working with a diverse group of employees in a quirky and unique culture with the ability to share honest feedback. You should have a good grasp of the operational side of our industry and a true commitment to an aggressive growth plan.
