About the Role:

Solify is seeking an organized and reliable Customer Support Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month full-time contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting HVAC and Solar field operations by managing service scheduling, coordinating dispatches, and maintaining strong communication with both customers, technicians, and the project manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in dispatch, operations, or administrative support within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and respond to incoming service inquiries via phone and email

- Schedule and dispatch HVAC and Solar technicians based on availability, urgency, and location

- Keep customers updated on appointment windows, technician ETA, and service changes

- Log job details, customer updates, and technician notes into dispatch/CRM systems

- Monitor technician schedules and ensure jobs are being completed on time

- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations

- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in a time-sensitive environment

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure

- Comfortable with computer systems and learning new tools

- Previous experience in customer service or dispatch is an asset (not required)

- Available for full-time, on-site work in 

North York, ON

- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
