MGM Energy is a contractor specializing in HVAC, plumbing, energy conservation, and electrical services. We also participate in the Energy Saving Assistance Program sponsored by Southern California Edison, Southern California Gas Company, Southwest Gas, and Bear Valley Electric.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential within our organization and focuses on ensuring a seamless appointment process among all involved parties. The Dispatch Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling our technicians, maintaining an accurate work schedule, and providing precise information to both customers and team members. We seek a compassionate and dedicated individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and schedule installation and service calls with customers.
- Efficiently and accurately manage scheduling software.
- Communicate details effectively among customers, technicians, leadership, and administrative staff.
- Proactively handle appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling to minimize disruptions and optimize production.
- Collaborate with various departments and staff to maintain strict attention to detail and follow established procedures.
- Provide administrative support to Technicians, including answering scheduling-related questions.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Run accurate and timely departmental reports, which require basic computational skills.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized and calm.
- Demonstrate kindness, courtesy, and patience in all interactions, even in challenging situations.
- Answer emails and other written communication in a timely manner
- Accurately inputting client information into the company database
- Adhering to and implementing company policies and procedures
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling or dispatching in a similar industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or General Construction)
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Exceptional project and personnel management skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Spanish and English fluency required
- Pass Drug Test
- Pass a Seven-year background check
