Now, we’re looking for a Sales Rockstar who knows the restaurant world — maybe a bartender who can sell ice to a polar bear, or a GM ready to trade 2 a.m. closings for a Monday-Friday schedule with real earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Build lasting relationships with local restaurant owners, GMs, and hospitality leaders.

- Grow your own book of business through smart outreach and networking (you already know the players).

- Present our suite of grease management, oil recycling, and service maintenance solutions in a fun, consultative way.

- Manage your accounts, follow through on service excellence, and keep clients happy long term.

- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless follow-up and customer care.

- Represent OGMGT at local hospitality events and community functions — we’ll back you with marketing and leads.

You’re Perfect For This If You:

- Have restaurant or bar management experience and know what makes kitchens tick.

- Are tired of late nights and double shifts, but still love the restaurant world.

- Have strong people skills, a competitive edge, and the drive to control your income.

- Enjoy being out in the field, meeting clients, and solving real problems.

- Bonus points if you’ve worked in sales, service, or restaurant operations before!
