The Digital Service Offerings Manager defines, manages, and commercializes digital service offerings within the Service Business Unit, identifying market opportunities and collaborating with technology teams to enhance and innovate solutions.

Reporting to the Digital Service Solution Head, this role works closely with the Digital Service Product Management Team, and BU commercial teams to develop business cases, define roadmaps, and support deployment, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business strategy, and technology to drive adoption and monetization. Additionally, the role works together with the Marketing & Sales function at the Global & Hub levels to support with strategic customer dialogues.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities:

•

Service Digital Portfolio/Offering Strategy: Develop portfolio strategies to package digital service solutions into comprehensive & competitive offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

•

Innovation & Growth: Identify new digital service opportunities by leveraging IoT, analytics, cloud, and automation technologies to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

•

Business Case Development: Build business cases for new digital service offerings, ensuring feasibility, commercial viability, and scalability.

•

Service Transformation: Collaborate with stakeholders to transition from traditional service models to digitally enabled service solutions, ensuring alignment with Horizons X, Y, and Z strategic targets.

Operational Responsibilities

•

Service Offering Development: Support offering development and design teams by providing insights into market needs, customer feedback, and service innovation opportunities.

•

Roadmap Execution: Validate implementation of digital offerings service initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective deployment.

•

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Define and track KPIs for digital service offerings, ensuring continuous improvement, adoption, and scalability.

Financial & Business Responsibilities

•

Revenue Growth & Commercialization: Develop pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and commercialization plans for digital services.

•

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to conduct data-driven analysis of sales penetration and adoption performance for digital service portfolio offerings and tracking installation base for connectivity. Present optimization solutions to improve ROI and customer satisfaction.

•

Budget Management: Oversee budgets related to digital service offering development and execution.

Collaboration & Governance

•

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external partners to align digital service initiatives with industry trends and customer expectations.

•

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that digital service offerings comply with relevant industry regulations, cybersecurity standards, and corporate policies.
