Digital Operations Analyst

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Digital Operations Analyst supporting SIM card management and Service Now reporting. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and communicate effectively will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., routers, switches, SIM cards)

- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/reporting systems is an asset

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Responsibilities:

- SIM Card Management:

- Order, track, activate, deactivate, and inventory SIM cards used in network devices. Keep customer data base current.

- ServiceNow Support:

- Monitor ServiceNow queue to ensure service level agreements are being met. Create, update, and close ServiceNow tickets and generate reports

- Administrative Support:

- Receive and direct phone calls, assist with documenting network processes, procedures, and incident responses; support staff with scheduling, meeting coordination, and record keeping; and maintain inventory of network equipment and supplies.

- Network Monitoring:

- Monitor network dashboards and alert systems for outages or performance issues, notify appropriate personnel of detected anomalies

- Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and support teams to ensure smooth network operations, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Location & Other Key Details:

- This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.

- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday

- Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
