Provides administrative, analytical, budget, process and system support for the Construction department. Works independently and identifies appropriate course of action to analyze issues, recommend solutions and supports the Construction team. Performs analysis, research and studies, and prepares various reports. Develop job books, creates material and/or service requisitions, monitors and reviews invoice receipts and vendor payments.
- Develops job books for project activities, site conditions and other essential information
- Tracks multiple data streams for metric measurements and analysis reviews
- Manages file structure and control of documents in multiple record management systems for the business unit
- Tracks expenses and coordinates budget data. Generates required reports by assigned deadlines
- Assists with new employee onboarding and entering employees into appropriate training databases
- Assists with managing project timelines, scheduling meetings and site visits, and ensures stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Provides support documentation and maintains review and approval processes for construction budgets
- Manages purchase orders for services under $25,000 for operational and capital projects
- Works with finance to allocate actual costs to work order numbers
- Act as central point of contact for clients, vendors, internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of related experience (FOR OPERATIONS ANALYST II LEVEL ONLY)
- Thorough computer skills: Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project, Access, Excel)
- Demonstrated experience creating pivot tables, charts, graphs etc. in Excel
- Knowledge of construction/operations business culture
- Experience creating, I/O's and purchase requisitions
- Experience creating presentations/organization charts
- Understanding and application of capital accounting rules
