SUMMARY

The Digital Media Specialist at Imperative Chemical Partners is responsible for leading and executing digital media campaigns that support the company’s branding and marketing efforts. Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Manager, the Digital Media Specialist will manage all digital content, including the company website, social media platforms, and podcast production, while staying abreast of current trends in digital media. This role is vital for enhancing the company’s online presence and ensuring digital marketing strategies align with organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team and other departments to strategize and develop digital media campaigns that support business objectives.

- Create and manage digital content for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

- Manage and update the company website post-3rd party makeover, ensuring a user-friendly and up-to-date online presence.

- Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

- Coordinate and produce content for the company podcast, ensuring timely release and alignment with the company’s branding initiatives.

- Conduct regular market research to improve the company’s digital marketing strategies, with a focus on enhancing SEO to drive online traffic.

- Monitor and adjust digital content to align with industry trends and changes in SEO best practices.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill organizational needs related to digital media, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s

goals.

- Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs for all digital media efforts, including social media engagement, website traffic, and podcast performance, to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.

- Act as a liaison between marketing/branding functions and all company departments, ensuring the digital media strategy aligns with company-wide initiatives.

- Keep up with the latest digital media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in digital media, marketing, or a related field. Previous experience with managing websites, social media accounts, and content creation is essential.

- Previous experience in broadcasting, marketing, or media production, preferred.

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).

- Experience with video production .

- Familiarity with website design and management tools.

- Experience with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.

- Strong background in producing podcasts, video content, digital marketing tools, graphic design, and creating marketing collateral.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and present ideas clearly.

- Understanding of regional market dynamics and digital marketing approaches.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
