We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. This individual will be responsible for providing desktop support to our on-site & off-site teams, troubleshooting desktop issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide efficient desktop support to call center agents/management, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Set up and configure workstations, ensuring compatibility with business applications.
- Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals.
- Perform backup, recovery, and security procedures for workstations.
- Assist other coworkers in resolution of technical issues for on-site & remote desktops.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems as well as various software packages
- Literate in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
- Excellent IT skills and computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
- Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload without daily supervision
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn cutting edge software
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing
- Experience with Five9/Vici dialer is a plus
