Outside Sales Representative – Bathroom Remodeling

Earning Potential: $150,000 to $250,000 plus per year

Join the fastest growing name in bathroom remodeling! ZINTEX Remodeling is seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you are confident, persuasive, and ready to change lives one bathroom at a time, this is the opportunity for you.

We provide preset, prequalified in-home appointments with homeowners who have expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms. You will deliver a proven, high impact sales presentation using our proprietary software and tools, all on a company issued iPad.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct in-home design consultations using our proprietary iPad software

• Guide homeowners through the design and pricing process

• Deliver a compelling, proven sales presentation and close the sale

• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions

• Represent ZINTEX Remodeling with professionalism, energy, and integrity

What We Expect:

• Coachable, competitive, and hungry to learn

• Ability to confidently speak and present in one on one settings

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Self motivated and capable of working independently

• Previous in-home or one call close sales experience is a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

• $100000 plus first year earning potential for committed performers

• Top performers earn $200000 plus annually

• Monthly performance bonuses up to $1500
