Key Responsibilities
•Meet with prospective clients to assess their remodeling needs, providing design and sales consultations.
•Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for prospective projects.
•Develop custom solutions for residential and commercial remodeling projects that reflect each client's vision.
•Manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.
•Educate clients on StressLess Remodeling's exclusive products, services, and installation processes.
•Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
•Proactively pursue new leads while managing leads provided by the company.
•Coordinate with project managers and installers to ensure seamless handoff of projects for execution.
•Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications using CRM tools.
•Attend company training programs to stay informed about new products, processes, and design trends.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in sales, design consultation, or a related field is highly preferred but not required.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and build trust.
•A passion for design and the remodeling industry, with the ability to visualize and create customized solutions.
•Experience with estimating or preparing project quotes is a strong plus.
•Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
•Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
•Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client consultations.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
