We are the largest Budget Blinds franchise in the country with 16+ years of experience. We are a family-owned and operated franchise with over 65+ employees and four offices.
We provide everything you need to be successful including a wrapped vehicle, computer, phone, sales training, leads, and more. We are continually growing, and we are seeking a high performer to join our expanding team. We have extremely competitive compensation including a base salary, performance-based commissions, dental, health, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and IRA matching.
We are seeking a qualified, window coverings sales consultant for a full-time position.
Benefits Summary:
•Ability to earn between $45,000 and $75,0000
•3 weeks PTO prorated in year 1

Responsibilities and Duties
•Sell and explain different product lines of window coverings.
•Understand and explain window coverings benefits.
•Accurately measure and explain the mounting of products.
•Efficiently communicate with customers and follow through with the sales process.
•Ability to understand and use computer programs for quoting and e-mailing customers.
Qualifications and Skills
•Interested in design and home decor.
•A good communicator who can explain the benefits of window coverings.
•Detail-oriented and who can measure and explain the mounting of products.
•An independent worker and has the ability to self-schedule and stay on task.
•Proficient in operating a computer including specialized software, email, and Microsoft products.
•Someone who is very organized and detailed oriented.
•A good listener with the ability to ask customers in-depth questions.
