Top notch window and exterior renovation franchise is seeking a friendly and customer focused full-time Design Sales Consultant to provide consultative in-home sales with excellent organization and sales skills in educating customers who enjoys providing great American made products for our Roanoke office.

The Design Sales Consultant will convert leads into sales by working in home appointments, builds positive and effective relationships with clients through active listening, a positive demeanor and attention to the client’s needs.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This position involves extensive use of tablet, paperwork, CRM system, conducting sales appointments, and follow-up. We're looking for Design Sales Consultants, experienced ethical consumer sales professionals with the ability to learn and follow proven sales process, educate and persuade without high pressure sales tactics and with strong communication skills.
