We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our Salesforce platform. This role will be instrumental in configuring and maintaining Salesforce to meet evolving business needs, with a strong emphasis on supporting Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality.
- Administer day-to-day operations of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, object configuration, flows, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Support and enhance Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) functionality for pricing, product configuration, quote generation, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain system integrity through data validation rules, duplicate management, and ongoing data quality initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements that align with organizational goals.
- Work with developers and third-party partners to implement integrations, custom solutions, and enhancements.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues.- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, including declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder).
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) hands-on experience in managing pricing rules, product rules, quote templates, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data model, and security architecture.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Additional certifications in RCA preferred.
- Experience using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or SOQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work alongside a Consulting Firm as part of a Revenue Lifecycle Transformation. Confirm that they are using Salesforce best practices in their methodology.
- Experience in utilities, field operations, or infrastructure services industries.
- Experience with AppExchange products relevant to RCA
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and ticketing systems like Azure DevOps or ServiceNow.
