Precision Grinder – Tight Tolerance, High-Performance Environment

Taskmaster Technologies Inc. is an industry leader in Thermal Spray coatings, PTA coatings, manufacturing, and precision machining. For over 15 years, we have supported the mining and oilfield industries with high-performance components that demand extreme accuracy and durability.

We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Grinder to join our team. This position is best suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where tight tolerances, attention to detail, and production efficiency are critical.

Scope of Work

This role involves precision grinding of high-value industrial components using:

- Cylindrical grinding

- ID grinding

- Surface grinding

Work is performed in a production-driven environment where maintaining dimensional accuracy and meeting daily output targets are equally important.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of precision grinding experience

- Proven ability to consistently hold tolerances to 

0.0005" (± five tenths)

- Strong proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, etc.)

- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pace production setting

- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

- Available for afternoon shift

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-driven

This is not an entry-level grinding position. We are looking for a professional who understands the demands of tight-tolerance work and takes pride in producing accurate, repeatable results under production pressure.
