What You Would Do
•Represent NV by answering calls, setting service and sales appointments, and following up with customers on various issues
•Provide tactical support to other departments
•Keep customer records and database up to date
•Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
•Provide customers with a truly remarkable experience
•Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
What We Need for this Role
•Experience in customer service
•Outstanding telephone and interpersonal communication skills
•Proficiency with computer software and apps
•Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
•Availability to work weekends and after regular business hours as needed
•Ability to multi-task effectively
•A positive, professional attitude with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
•Bilingual skills are a plus
