United Better Homes is expanding our Solar Division and looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s passionate about renewable energy and delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for solar customers throughout the installation process
•Schedule assessments, installation dates, and follow-up appointments
•Provide timely updates and support via phone, email, and text
•Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
•Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
•Collaborate with the sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Qualifications:
•1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (solar/home improvement a plus)
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•Tech-savvy – CRM or project management software experience is a plus
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
