The Customer Solutions Technical Coordinator, a pivotal role within our commercial department, ensures that our production, quality, and other technical personnel understands our customers' requirements so that we are processing orders correctly and efficiently and satisfying our customers

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates splits time in the office and the production floor, verifying customer orders and setting up new parts for the production process. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The performance of this position requires exposure to a typical manufacturing area that requires the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, proper closed-toed footwear, and other PPE as needed. The noise level is moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the Customer Solutions Technical Coordinator is regularly required to talk and listen. This position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The associate must occasionally lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4 pm
Travel
All Lake City Plating associates are subject to needing to commute between our Ashtabula and Jefferson, OH plants as necessary. Mileage is reimbursed.
