Classic Aire Care has an immediate opening for a full-time Call Center Representative. Our call center is open from 7am - 7pm daily from Monday through Sunday. Classic Aire Care is an HVAC and plumbing service provider celebrating nearly 100 years of operation. Our business model from the beginning has been organic growth as well as growth through acquisition. We specialize in maintaining, servicing, and installing complete comfort and plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties. Primary Job Function: This position includes but is not limited to: answering incoming calls and email inquiries, scheduling appointments for field service personnel and sales staff, make outbound marketing and scheduling calls, edit customer data base as necessary. You will be required to multi-task by navigating our software program while on the phone with customers and technicians. Hours to include evening and some weekend. Experience in HVAC and plumbing industry is a plus. Service Titan or other dispatching software knowledge is advantageous.
