Not everyone can be a Customers Service Representative. To be seriously considered for the role, please have the following regarding:
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role successfully exceeding customer expectations and at least 1 year of experience using Sage to process accounts payable, strongly preferred.
Skills: A proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers. You have a customer first mindset and must be an excellent communicator who can establish and maintain effective relationships with anyone. Lastly, you must be a problem-solver, pay attention to the details producing accurate results when processing account payable and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Characteristics: This is a customer facing position that requires a hands-on strong customer service orientation.
