Role Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key client-facing representative, responsible for evaluating and pricing scrap metals, managing transactions, and supporting both onsite and remote customer interactions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop commercial and operational skills within a fast-paced and impactful industry.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Client Consultation & Sales: Identify metal grades and offer competitive pricing. Leverage communication skills to promote services via phone, text, and email, scheduling pickups or drop-offs.

Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional support at the warehouse while managing administrative tasks.
•
Problem Solving: Quickly assess scrap metal types and provide accurate solutions to client needs.
•
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement efficiencies in day-to-day operations.
•
Learning & Development: Continuously build industry knowledge and apply insights to enhance business performance.
Qualifications:
•
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
•
Sales or customer service experience preferred
•
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
•
Previous experience in scrap metal is helpful but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
