Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Installation & Repair Department
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide feedback on customer concerns and trends to improve overall service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work well in a team environment
