· Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
· Manage and organize customer calls, create work orders and assign to technicians
· Learn the call script to sound professional and authentic
· Make outbound calls to clients as necessary for service, maintenance, or other.
· Respond to website and other online leads in a timely manner
· Ability to stay on task and remain calm while dealing with high pressure situations
· Enter customer information accurately within dispatch software.
· Work cohesively with all departments to help support and promote business solutions
· Provide an attentive, positive experience to loyal clients and prospective customers.
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with repeat customers.
· Punctual with high organizational skills with exceptional follow through abilities.
· 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service environment.
· HVAC knowledge not required but is helpful
· Ability to operate multi-phone lines and high volume of work with accuracy
· Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
· Proficient in Computer Use and Dispatcher Software
