The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Wrought Washer Manufacturing is a key part of our team, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. The CSR ensures customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Customer Support: Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally and courteously. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and order statuses.
- Order Management: Process customer orders in the ERP system, monitor progress, and collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, resolving issues related to products, shipments, or other inquiries. Escalate unresolved matters when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Wrought Washer’s product lines to assist customers in selecting the right solutions for their needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions in CRM and order management systems.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs, prepare quotes, and support additional sales opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Feedback Contribution: Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products, processes, and services.Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or manufacturing is a plus.
