About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join the team. This is a full-time, 1-year onsite position where you will help deliver exceptional service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting billing and account-related tasks.

We ask that you have some decision-making to respond to and resolve non-routine customer requests, inquiries, and complaints related to billing, policies, and other matters. You'll use your knowledge of corporate procedures to ensure accurate resolutions. You will emphasize public relations and revenue risk management.

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide real-time solutions

- Help with billing inquiries and educate customers on energy usage

- Support customers with online account and mobile app access

- Record and process account updates and commitments

- Respond to assist agency inquiries

- Work with Area Coordinators to resolve agency/customer issues

- Report fraudulent conditions to management

- Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members

- Meet daily performance and schedule adherence metrics

- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned

Who You Are

- High School Diploma or GED

- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

- Experience assessing the severity of customer issues abilities

- Willingness to embrace challenges and grow within the role

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon qualifications, is estimated to be $18-$20/hr.
