Customer Service Representative

Metal Supermarkets is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Ottawa location. This is a full time job from Monday to Friday with the store open 8am until 5pm.

Duties include serving customers in person, answering customer inquiries by phone and email, assisting customers with their metal needs, entering customer orders and other duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a customer service passion coupled with a background in industrial sales. Metal experience is not required but would be an asset. Spoken French would also be an asset.

Salary range is base pay before profit sharing and is subject to review as needed.
