As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to provide top-notch support to our clients.
- Develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and systems.
- Assist customers via live chat, phone, and email, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
- Open and close accounts, process payments, and update account information.
- Respond to billing questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Escalate concerns to Tier II or management when needed.
- Document customer interactions and manage email inboxes.
- Support general office tasks such as scanning, filing, and mail services.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve with customers.
- A proactive mindset to improve processes and support best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, client facing role, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is:
