Role Description

This is a part time to full time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in the Greater Myrtle Beach Area. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include handling customer communications, troubleshooting problems, maintaining detailed records, and improving the customer experience.
