We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in providing exceptional customer service. This role is vital in ensuring our clients receive timely assistance and support, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch heating and cooling solutions.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services and products.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments for service technicians.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
- Provide maintenance membership information to customers.
- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Expectation of being included on the on-call rotation to take after hours emergency calls.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer applications.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
