Job Summary

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with their needs through various communication channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in customer support or client services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with call center operations and outbound calling techniques.
- Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry.
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Basic cash handling experience is beneficial.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
