Piedmont Water Company is seeking a dynamic individual to add to our growing Customer Service team! Individual must be able to perform in a fast paced environment using critical thinking and problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task. Will be answering incoming calls from customers who have water & wastewater service with our company, while at the same time entering notes into the computer pertaining to the conversation, entering in new service locations, managing customer accounts, and receiving customer payments electronically. Will also rotate with other CSRs in being the face in our new Customer Care Center where you will greet customers & handle cash/payments in person for their bills. Must have high volume, incoming call experience or call center experience & be computer proficient.
