Role Overview

The Customer Service Agent in the mortgage industry is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to clients engaged in various stages of the mortgage process. This role involves addressing inquiries, providing information on mortgage products and services, and assisting customers with their needs. Our hours are Monday – Friday from 7am-7pm and Saturday from 8am-12pm. This position will be required to regularly work on Saturdays.
