Customer (Member) Service Representative

Kosciusko REMC is hiring a Full-Time Member Service Representative passionate about providing excellent customer service. Are you a friendly, caring, detail-oriented person looking for a full-time position? Would you like to assist members with electricity and internet questions? We need someone with excellent customer service and communication skills with previous office and call center environment experience. Can you communicate positively, remain calm under stress, exhibit patience, and possess problem-solving abilities? Do you have experience processing payments and balancing a cash drawer? Computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are a must. Do you possess adequate data entry skills with a high level of accuracy?

Pay Range: $20.60 - $23.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Degree in Business or High School graduate

· Three years of experience in an office environment is preferred

· Must possess adequate data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

· Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills

· Experience processing payments and balancing a cash drawer

· Excellent customer service and communication skills with external and internal contacts

· Must be able to learn current and new procedures and adapt to a changing and challenging environment

· Have a valid driver’s license

· Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

· Must live within 45 minutes of the Kosciusko REMC facility
