- Accurately document all customer interactions in ServiceTitan and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
- Process customer payments securely and in compliance with company policies.
- Handle escalated or complex customer calls routed from our AI Digital Assistant.
- Listen actively and empathetically to understand customer concerns and provide confident, solution-oriented responses.
- Maintain composure and professionalism during high-stress or emotional situations.
- Support outbound engagement for renewals, retention, and proactive customer communication.
- Collaborate with the AI support team to identify recurring customer challenges and recommend improvements.
- Participate in team trainings to strengthen communication, technology use, and service quality.- High school diploma or equivalent (required); 2+ years in customer service or call center preferred.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and data-entry skills with CRM experience (ServiceTitan a plus).
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with processes and systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Consistent follow-through and accountability in documentation, scheduling, and compliance.Adaptability to technology and confidence working alongside AI tools.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday (4- or 5-day work week options)
