Job Summary
inExhaust is an industrial silencer & exhaust systems manufacturer located in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are looking for motivated individuals who will have a positive impact on our company and share the excitement of our successes as we continue to grow. A Customer Care Representative at inExhaust is responsible for understanding the customers needs and entering information to effectively communicate their needs internally to deliver the best products in our industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Create and enter sales orders based on customer purchase orders.
•Provides timely work orders for the production staff.
•Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
•Ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services.
•Create and develop new quotes, products and concepts; oversee the development.
•Provides detailed information for the design department.
•Work with marketing, sales, engineering, shop, and vendors, providing product specifications.
•Perform root cause analysis and work towards resolutions.
•Evaluate raw cost and pricing.
•Perform other office duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
•High school diploma or equivalent
•1+ years related experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
•Experience with Microsoft Office
•Team-player attitude with ability to work independently
•Time management skills, ability to organize and prioritize
•Excellent communication skills
